A project of the Culinary Medicine Initiative, our Culinary Medicine textbook, is now available. It features information about food-based disease prevention, recipes, case studies, videos, links to resources, and interactive learning activities. The textbook is an open educational resource with a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 license. Anyone can freely use, copy, download, print, adapt, and reshare.
